Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, and adhesive bras are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal, enter your order number, and print the pre-paid shipping label. A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
